Got up this morning around 6. The red baron needed the propane toppedo to fire up so found a extension cord hooked up the propane and warmed her up. Gathered every thing I thought I may need to help any others that needed to get running.
Got to idaho and brian needed a jump' Of course cabels were not in the red baron .Back to shore for them. Stopped to check on randy and cindy and drop off a different generator as the 2500 quit at 6 am. Must of frosted up.
Got brian going then had to help Chad get his truck going jumped him plus we plugged in his truck to help.
Fired up furnace in california and added two batteries for the thermostat second set .stupid energizers .Auger holes. Back to say good bye to brian and clean idaho.
Then over to florida to say goodbye to randy and cindy and clean up florida
Meet greg at westwind and escort them to idaho. Check on chad and off to move montana, Move montana unhook prep area for montana lots of snow to move. Move montana block and bank. Go back to minnesota to have a burger with chad. Back to dig out florida and move. Move, unhook, prep second area for florida a ton of snow there also. Meet tony drop off generator at california. Go auger out florida and montana. meet Blair and his family for florida get them settled in . come home for supper and gas. Meet jake at westwind and escort them out to montana. Back to check on all the houses and say good night I'm sure I forgot a thing or two.

You are one busy guy. I was listening to our local radio station this afternoon when the national news came on. I wasn't listening real close but I thought they said it was very cold in Minnesota and it was -47 at Cookies on Upper Red Lake. I thought I heard your voice talking to the announcer. Very neat to hear someone on National news that I knew.

hey harry. Yes that was me. I did not get to hear it though.
It was a interesting weekend to say the least. I thimk it has snowed every friday since we have had the houses on the lake.
Saturday morning was spent getting jakes van fired up and checking on all the customers. Florida had the carlson family from grand Rapids. Even though the ishing was tough they were enjoying there stay.
Jake had a couple in the bucket but it was slow. Tony and Nev were doing all right in california they went home with there 8 sunday morning.
Chad,Jon and Pat had a great time and really did a nice job cleaning up minnesota. Not sure how many they took home.
Idaho was slow so I moved them. David landed a huge pike and they figured it was mid 40s So that made Davids trip and they said they would be back next year.Greg is going to send me a pic I will put on our website Cookiesonupperredlake.com
Frank and Turk spent the whole day fishing center bar and used utah for a place to sleep saturday night. Frank caught 18 and Turk caught 5 plus they missed quite a few. Frank said he even caught 1 in utah and missed two. They went home with there keepers. Frank said they did not catch anything over 17 on centerbar.
Since minnesota was open saturday night Kellie and I spent the night out there kellie was determined to get her 4 keepers so she fished and napped 24 hiours .She got her 4 and jake was way impressed that she fishes so hard and said she is a keeper. She also had on a big pike. When it showed its huge head up the hole I panicked instead of grabbing it right away.It broke her line and got my brand new jig. It would of broke her 38 inch record for sure.
I thought I wouls just take it a little easy sunday but Jakes van would not start again. We eneded up towing it to our house where we warmed it in the garage.
The Carlsons went home with 10 keepers.
We also battled the snow and wind yesterday and every thing was driftting pretty good last night. I will be spending a good part of the day moving snow and Tonyboy will be helping me move florida and montana as the end of the road was horrible fishing.
I again have two condo/deluxe sleepers open next weekend. Plus are budget sleeper. Where are all the fishermen? minnesota Utah and florida will be on fresh ice in a fishy area by next weekend
