Alright you Bear fans, what's the bet gonna be?
Beers at Phole in June?

I say the Packers win 6 of their last 2 games to take the div from an undeserving (read: barely beat Detroilet, barely beat Tampa, barely beat AZ, ....DECIDEDLY whip the Pack.....) Bears team.

Now, lesseee......if'n I win 20 beers at lunch, I won't be able to fish that pm. Nah, cancel the bet! I'd rather fish.

Bears are playing to stay healthy and fit for the playoffs. Nothing to gain. My second favorite team and the Pack is playing for pride. A very motivated young team with a great QB to lead in what will be a very emotional game. Rex will have a front row seat to watch his mentor and learn. Should be great either way. Root for who you want and enjoy what will be the best game of the season. Go Bears, Go Pack. Bob

Not a fair game. The Bears have nothing to play for, and the pack have their whole season riding on a win. The pack will be trying their best, whereas the Bears will just show up, and hope nobody gets hurt.

All good points but I think the Bear might want to send a message to whoever they will face. I look for Tank to try and prove something too with all the hub bub he has had over the last few weeks. Rex better get the most out of what he has left to learn to control his emotions. Farv is going to be up because I think personally this will be his last go around. Nothing more dangrous than someone who has to prove something. Lovie is going to try and hold back but if things start going to far south I think he will let them go for it but I dont' think he will try too hard unless it does get bad. Personally I would play the first half as a normal game then rest the regulars and save them for the play offs but who knows what they really have in mind. Bears 21 Pac 10 lets see how close I get.

OK, so I like youze guyz optiimism - so thoroughly committed to your team - "who shows up", "something to prove"....yada yada yada....

No Carpy, it ain't a gonna be 21-10. You're not gonna be close.
Remember the first game of the season 26-0? Pack is coming to Chi-town for some revenge........Packers 31 and the lousiest team to ever win a divisiion with 13 wins will have the 10.
That's my prediction and I"m stickin' to it.

But BB, I'll remember that come June 11.

Gene, you must be feeling real good today.
You sure had that game figured right. The BEARS were pathetic.
I don't think the playoff picture looks any better.

Well I will be eating a big ole plate of crow. I was way off base, but it won't be the first time I made a arse outta myself. Yes it was bad, about as bad as I have seen it. Somebody better shake the life outta Grossman and wake that boy up. At least no one got hurt and Lovie have 2 week to figure out how to light a fire under those gentlemen. Am going to do something I haven't done in a while and that is go church and pray that they figure out how to win that is if the church don't collapse. Laughing

Gene, you should have taken me up on my offer...

It wasn't even a game.

Also sounds like favre is leaving. The interview after the game sure sounded like it.

Hey, its only a game,

Happy New Year to all
