Hey guys, just saw the ad today. Harbor Freight has a black and white under camera on sale with an on line coupon for only 79.00. That to me is cheap. I think I am going to pick one up. The coupon expires the 9th of this month.

If it is an Aquavu, that is about $100 off.

Checked the ad, doesn't say. But on another site, some guys said they bought this camera last time it was on sale, and some said they think it is an aqua view. Also, they all said it worked great and was well worth the money.

It's not an aqua vu.

Be careful though. Aqua vu bacame the best through trial and error. Their first cameras were wonderful until winter hit. Guy's would take their cameras out to the fish house where it is nice and warm, then put it down the hole in 30 degree water and the shrinking and expanding would break the seals around the cable allowing water to get in and fry the camera.

Thank goodness I only fish in water of 50+.

For a few yrs now, I have dreamt about ice fishing. You know, something to do in the drab days of winter. Then I slap myself out of it when I remember I still have filets in the freezer so why should I suffer when I could be watching the Packers beat the Bears instead? (You guys that want to say ice fishing is so much fun, well, you just keep telling yourselves that.)
Maybe one day I'll give it a try. Never say never.

Back for more trouble eh Texan...I have an underwater camera, I took those walleye pictures I sent you with it.

I thought you wanted to go fishing, I didn't know you wanted to watch TV., the cartoons were playing in Bro's Boat.

I seem to remember a few walleyes caught in my boat too, although the last day we took a little longer to catch them.

As for where I have been, I have been guiding all over and keeping busy just like always. I have one of the other Texan's in town right now and spent most of July taking the kids from Camp fishing.

Almost football season again...Go Aggies for you and go Gophers and Vikings for me!!!

You still coming up ice fishing...You better look for some sales on Aggie stocking hats and long underwear...

I'm certainly ready for some football, ags chances are getting better after the blowU debacle of last week Twisted Evil

Still very interested in the ice fishing, will do my best to find the time to get up there.

Good luck on your trips and don't be a stranger...
