Looking at the calender after the end of the month we have both our cabins wide open the rest of the summer. June 15th the slot goes to 20 to 26 inches. we can then keep 4 under 20 inches. I'll be fishing the next two days as the weather is looking real nice. Then we have a full house with Franks crew camping down at the lake.

Fished Red on Tuesday. Super tough to get out on the lake with the wind, but made it out to North and out of the wind for the first few hours. A couple small walleyes, but very slow. Made our way South and braved the waves for a few hours. Put 4 fish in the box and threw back a couple others. Two drift socks slowed us down a little on the drift, all in all not a bad day. Stay South of the markers on the landing, a couple motor eaters to the North of the channel. All fish caught in 5-6 ft.

What channel. I wish they could actully build a canal that would not fill in. Its so frustrating when the water is low. Plus the markers do not even go half way as far as they should. I think I will make a call today and see if they can get them moved as I hate to see anyone damage there motor as there are rocks to the north
