Well, I'm just now getting back to normal after the annual "closing" party at Pike Hole Saturday night. Kevin put on a great potluck with free beer all night and paid for $650 worth of the awesome fireworks that a friend and I set off for about forty five minutes. We had kids at home so had to leave by midnight, however our other friends got home at 6am. Now that's a party.

Kevin made 700 jello shots that I guess ran out shortly after we left. Can't wait for the "opening" party next spring.

Now that sounds like a fun party! Too bad we Crazies couldn't be there for it. That, and Muskymark bungi jumping off the bridge would be fantastic.

I'm starting to collect rubber bands. I figure by June if we all collect them, we should be able to make a bungie cord for MM to jump off the bridge.

Man! Now that sounds like the kind of party I hate to miss! And free beer too?! I bet the place was a rockin'!! Smile

So that officially concludes another drinking season up at the Hole. Kind of brings a tear to my eye. Crying or Very sad But, I hope Kevin and Tom have a good winter snowmobiling and ice fishing. They'll need to rest up to handle idjits like us all next summer!! Cool

Just sitting here thinking about the good times and food at the Pike hole. Dang, I wish they had a more central location on Cass, we would probably be there every day. And maybe some nights.

Had a mushroom swiss last week at a joint by the office and while it was good, it did not compare! Now that may have something to do with the fact we have slammed a few pitchers of ICB's prior to food arrival at the Hole Twisted Evil But I'm not sure Cool

You can take that stuff back right away....I like it cool and can take the mid 30's just fine....30 MPH winds at the same time are for the birds though Mad
