The Boat:
New this year is the boat: A Sea Hunt
Navigator.

"Muskie Tale" is 22 feet long with a 225 horsepower Yamaha 4- stroke outboard.
This combination of boat and motor provides a safe, quiet, dry, comfortable ride even during adverse conditions.
The boat has two casting platforms, one fore and the other aft.
Casting from a platform allows better
visualization of the query during follows and while fighting the
fish.
Baits:
We have available for use over 250 lures.
They range from Bucktails to glide-baits in multiple sizes and multiple colors.
We provide enough lures to, at least, pique the curiosity of even the most resistant of fish.
Rods & Reels:
Several St. Croix rods of varying lengths and power are available.
Each loaded with Abu Garcia reels and strung with Power Pro 80 lb. test line.
Of course, if you wish, you are welcome to bring your own rods and reels.
Trolling Motor:
Installed on board is a Pinpoint trolling motor.
The Pinpoint assists in precise navigation of underwater structures. With 63 pounds of thrust, the trolling motor permits navigation permits navigation even with a heavy wind.
The motor is also use to facilitate a
more accurate drift along structure.
Fish Locators:
On board, there are two fish finders.
On the bow is a PinPoint for use with the trolling motor. Located on the center console is a Lowrance X-65 for evaluating structure at higher speeds.
GPS:
We routinely carry a Garmin GPS Map76 for increased safety, speed,
and efficiency in locating previously fished structure.
Feel free to bring your own GPS to store waypoints as we fish!
If you choose to fish the lake by
yourself, these waypoints can be quite helpful.
